You’re going to have a whole sequence of Midlands photos in the next couple of weeks as I have a few trips scheduled. For this trip, I headed up to Launceston yesterday and I stopped to get a shot of the industrial magnificence that is the zinc works, behind the Bowen Bridge. Today, my return journey had sunsets and silhouettes (for which I am not going to apologise) and the grandstand at the Campbell Town football oval (I was looking for a high vantage point for allowing some Barbie dolls to go bungee jumping later this week; unfortunately, the grandstand would have been suitable if only some vandals had broken the high back windows, but they hadn’t and I’m not going to encourage them to do so).
