This one doesn’t exactly fit the rules (which are in my head, and are negotiable in any case), but it was taken on this week’s trip to Launceston. I headed up on Monday, and although the late evening light was lovely I was rather tired, and I didn’t have the energy to decide to stop! I was similarly disinclined to stop on the following day’s return journey, not least because I was rushing back to tackle a whole pile of things (most of which were delayed still further when my computer had a major league hissy fit). In between times, however, I had enough time before breakfast on Tuesday to go for a morning walk through Launceston’s City Park, and captured this shot of sunlight through the leaves. It’s some rogue foreign introduced species, and such are not my specialty when it comes to identification, so I declare it to be Arborius anonymii.
