Wednesday morning, 3am

Okay, so this is NOT being written at the time in the song title … but, for better or worse (both, I think), I WAS awake at that time. I didn’t want to be, and I am certainly suffering the consequences now, but it was necessary.

So, why the title? Well, on Wednesday morning at 3am I finally finished marking that big batch of assignments (130 assignments, at 20 or so minutes each (you do the maths!)) and sent out a lengthy feedback email to the students.
