Today is not a very good 12 of 12 at all. In fact it’s pretty lame.
It nearly ended up being just one photo, because after taking the initial photo I completely forgot about 12 of 12 until I got home around 8pm. At this point I just had to improvise and so I attempted to recreate some of the things I’d been doing during the day, and then because the possibilities were exhausted fairly quickly I resorted to a few odd things in the evening, which were things that almost took longer to record for 12 of 12 than it took to just do them as part of my activities for the day.
The end result is pretty lame. The images are pretty lame and my commentary is pretty lame too. As alluded to above, this is actually quite appropriate because it was a pretty lame sort of day when it comes right down to it, exacerbated by the fact that my motivation levels were pretty lame also, as will probably be evident to you if you browse the collection here … unless your capacity for noticing the obvious is pretty lame.
Well, I for one enjoyed the first frame of the sunrise, but it was downhill from there until the raspberry jam on toast; now I’m off to toast some bread and break out the raspberry jam …so good for cheering the frustrated soul.
Given that I was probably sitting next to you in that maths class in 1978, I’m very keen to know how that sentence in your paper ended!
You think I wrote only a sentence? We’re talking several paragraphs here! (I’ll send you a copy when it’s finished. But I’d better rush off and finish it.)
Can you please hurry up and finish the paper – I’m dying to read it!?!?!?
It’s long finished, and submitted … now to wait to hear if it will be published.
