Lots of motorscooters. They're quite orderly when parked.
They're not when on the road.

There seems to be an unwritten set of road rules that miraculously prevents
collisions but which cannot be discerned by observation since any hypothesised
rule you think you've determined is contradicted by another scooter about
5 seconds after proposing it.
