After all the Scouts had gone to bed and we were finishing off the last assessment
run for the day, I glanced skyward and saw my first auroroa in a while, with green
beams visible through a break in the clouds. This is not a photo of it. I did try to
get one, but my little camera wasn't quite up to the challenge. It wasn't up to the
challenge of this shot either, but it does show that it was night-time at 11pm!
