This is a completely useless photo, but I've included it because of the story behind it. We had a troop presentation back on our site when everyone had returned from the ceremony, and some of the Scouts -- just visible in the photo -- spontaneously got up and gave a nice thank you speech to the leaders. We really appreciated it.
