And after Monday’s trip to Launceston I had a trip to Campbell Town on Wednesday. I was running a bit early (stupidly, since getting up at the crack of dawn is not always my favourite thing), and so I had time to take a detour into Tunbridge. This didn’t take long; its hey day — if it ever had one — is long past, and although there may be scope for one or two photographs, the only thing that caught my eye today was this old carriage, standing forlorn in an empty allotment.
On the homeward journey in the afternoon, the poppy fields again proved a highlight, specifically the “roads” that break up the crop.
