On my way back from Launceston I had one of the interstate conference keynote speakers in the car as a passenger. We took a little detour into Ross, stopping at the historic sandstone bridge which gave me a chance to get a few shots for my “Midlands” collection.
The bridge was built by convict labour, and the stonework is lovely. The only catch was that the light was at an awkward angle.
The trouble with taking so many photos today, however, is that I’ll have to come up with something really different if I’m going to use the location again.
