I had thought about some sort of extended celebration/reminiscing/analysis together with a beautiful photo and some wit, but I haven’t posted today’s “100 poems challenge” poem, the materials for this week’s classes are not fully prepared, I haven’t taken a beautiful photo today (and it’s 8pm and dark outside and I’m still in my office), and I am only feeling half-witty*.

Ah, well, here’s an old photo, if only to break up the poetry (and this blog is getting pretty close to being 20% poetry now!).

* and that was the half-witty bit (and it was stolen, from the Jon English/Simon Gallagher version of The Pirates of Penzance).
