Dramatis persona*

helenhead Helen Chick

I've always wanted a bumper sticker that said "I'm a female, LDS/Mormon, Scout leading, geocaching, piano-playing, bicycling, mathematics educator with a PhD in maths ... and I VOTE"!

I think this makes me a minority group of cardinality 1!

* Since there's only one of me and "personae" is plural (I think), I've gone with dramatis persona.

Bad pun 7: Integrating Differentiated Instruction

I have just seen something about “Integrating Differentiated Instruction”.  Given the inverse relationship between integration and differentiation, surely “Integrating Differentiated Instruction” is just “Instruction + c”?

(This is one of those puns for which the size of an appreciative audience is likely to be rather small*. It may even be less than 2.)

* It lies within the intersection of the sets of people who (a) know about differentiated instruction, (b) know calculus, and (c) like bad puns.

Without any claim to lie within the above mentioned intersection of sets, could I just comment that the appreciative audience also must exclude those who fail to c.
